Teaching
My teaching focuses on helping students develop judgment in situations where strategic, ethical, and organizational questions are intertwined. I use discussion, experiential learning, and the case method to help students examine problems from multiple perspectives and practice making decisions under uncertainty.
My approach is also shaped by my background in music and performance. In the classroom, I draw on ideas such as rehearsal, interpretation, improvisation, ensemble work, and audience awareness to help students think differently about leadership, creativity, collaboration, and ethical action.
